Hold in side + button and switch radio ON whilst holding in button.
Manual VOX, voice activated transmit, Toggle:
Switch radio ON and select Channel 7
Switch radio OFF
Hold in side PLUS + button and Turn ON radio whilst pressing in button
VOX will turn ON
To turn OFF, follow the same above procedure.
